Whitton & Laing

Our 3 Offices

Budleigh Salterton

Our office is very prominently situated in the High Street of this beautiful and friendly town made famous by literary giants such as Noel Coward and P G Woodhouse. The High Street features an excellent variety of individual shops and there is a pretty unspoilt pebble beach. The Palmers name has been connected with estate agency in the town for over 100 years and as Palmers Whitton & Laing, our reputation for high quality service is second to none. The large property displays in our wide double fronted offices provide a wonderful showcase for our client’s properties and are most effective in encouraging prospective buyers into our spacious, friendly office.

Exmouth

Occupying a superb corner site position in Chapel Street, right in the heart of this popular seaside town, the office was first opened in 2002, based on our success in Budleigh Salterton. The office has been hugely successful and has quickly established itself as one of the market leaders with a reputation for high quality service and a keen personal interest. The prominent corner position provides an exceptionally large and most attractive window display encouraging prospective buyers to visit the newly refurbished interior.

Exeter

Close to the city centre and just a stone’s throw from the High Street, our prestigious offices are strategically placed and easily accessible, situated less than 200 metres from Central Station and opposite the renowned Victoria & Albert Museum in Queen Street. Trading as Whitton & Laing, the offices are welcoming and comfortable and with frontage to both Queen Street and the Harlequin Centre we have one of the largest window displays in the city. On the first and second floors our professional department covers full building surveys, homebuyers reports and acts for a host of building societies and banks. We also now boast probably the largest portfolio of managed residential properties in the county as well as a vibrant department for residential lettings across the district.
