While England and Wales are said to have the slowest house transfer system in the western world, Team Conveyancing clients have been enjoying a faster system since 2004!
The Team Homefile process saves you about three weeks, putting you and your agent firmly in the driving seat and able to positively drive your sale forward.
Immediately you put your house on the market with a Team agent, you can instruct them to prepare a Homefile for you. You will need to supply some property information. We will obtain your deeds and copies of your Land Registry title.
We can then prepare a draft Contract, ready to send out just as soon as the buyer is found. This is all part of our 'no sale, no fee' conveyancing service
