We will endeavour to accompany applicants over your property. Our staff are well trained in the art of showing your property to its best advantage.

However, it is not always possible to provide this service in times of high activity and there may be occasions when we might have to ask the seller to assist.

We will keep you informed on a regular basis as to what we are doing to find a purchaser for your property and once a sale has been arranged, we will keep you advised of progress and advise you if there is anything you need to do to progress the sale to a satisfactory conclusion.
